About Us
LAHIDAN has served members and friends since 1995 as a networking group. At the beginning of 2007, LAHIDAN petitioned the Board of Directors to transition as an American Dietetic Association “Member Interest Group”. On May 16, 2007 Latinos and Hispanics in Dietetics & Nutrition became the first American Dietetic Association Member Interest Group (MIG).
